Analysen hj\u00e6lper ikke blot ledere med at forst\u00e5 sig selv og den m\u00e5de, deres naturlige ledelsesstil p\u00e5virker andre \u2013 den kan ogs\u00e5 hj\u00e6lpe dem med at motivere hver enkelt medarbejder p\u00e5 den mest effektive m\u00e5de, ud fra vedkommendes individuelle drivkr\u00e6fter og behov. If\u00f8lge forfatteren <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anthony-tjan-4528125a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anthony Tjan<\/a><\/strong> er \u201cder \u00e9n egenskab, der overg\u00e5r alle andre og findes n\u00e6sten alle succesrige iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere, ledere og topledere \u2013 nemlig selvindsigt.
