PI CA bliver desuden sl\u00f8ret, hvis en kandidat navigerer v\u00e6k fra testen som prim\u00e6rt vindue. Dette forhindrer, at kandidaten kan have ChatGPT \u00e5bent i det ene vindue og PI CA i det andet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"1007\">The Predictive Index overv\u00e5ger l\u00f8bende de kognitive scorer, og der er ingen tegn p\u00e5 AI-drevne scorestigninger. Som altid anbefaler vi at have en kort opf\u00f8lgende samtale med kandidaterne og l\u00e6gge m\u00e6rke til deres reaktion p\u00e5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l som: <em data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"932\">&#8220;Hvordan greb du sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5lene an?&#8221;<\/em> og <em data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1004\">&#8220;Hvilke typer sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l foretrak du eller fandt mest udfordrende?&#8221;<\/em>.\u00a0PIs forskning viser, at kun ca. 4 % af assessment-tagerne overhovedet fors\u00f8ger at snyde, og det tidsbegr\u00e6nsede format samt de implementerede tekniske barrierer g\u00f8r brugen af eksterne v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer (inklusive AI) upraktisk. Hvis du har mistanke om snyd, kan du gennemf\u00f8re en ny CA under opsyn (p\u00e5 stedet eller via webcam). Et muligt tegn p\u00e5 AI-brug er n\u00e6sten perfekte verbale\/numeriske scorer kombineret med meget lave fors\u00f8gte og\/eller korrekte abstrakte resultater, men dette er en <em>indikator, ikke bevis<\/em>. Kort sagt er der ingen tegn p\u00e5, at AI p\u00e5virker CA-resultater.
