Dieses Online-Instrument erlaubt es den Stakeholdern, in einem Online-Fragebogen ihren Beitrag zum Verst\u00e4ndnis zu leisten, welche Anforderungen eine Aufgabe an die Kandidaten stellt.<br><br>Mit PI JA werden die Anforderungen zusammengetragen. Dieses Instrument eignet sich gleicherma\u00dfen f\u00fcr externe und interne Bewerber\/Bef\u00f6rderungen. Mit PI Job Assessment\u2122 werden zwei Aspekte der betreffenden Aufgabe festgelegt:<br><ul>\r\n \t<li>Das f\u00fcr die Aufgabe bevorzugte Verhaltensmuster \u2013und\u2013<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Die
