Im Gegensatz zu handfesten Gebieten, auf denen man ein Subjekt direkt messen kann \u2013K\u00f6rpergr\u00f6\u00dfe und Gewicht z.B.\u2013 bleiben die geistigen F\u00e4higkeiten und Prozesse unsichtbar und k\u00f6nnen, wenn \u00fcberhaupt, nur indirekt gemessen werden. PI BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT

HISTORIE<\/div>

PI BA wurde von Arnold S. Daniels entwickelt und 1955 vorgestellt. Seither wird es kommerziell angewandt.<\/p>\n

PI BA ist eine theoriebasierte Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzungs-Ma\u00dfnahme f\u00fcr eine normale (nicht-klinische) Einsch\u00e4tzung von Erwachsenen. Das System wurde speziell f\u00fcr das Berufsleben in einem Unternehmensumfeld entwickelt und sollte auch nur dort zum Einsatz kommen.<\/p>\n

PI BA unterliegt keinem Zeitrahmen (die Beantwortung dauert ca. 6 Minuten) und beruht auf frei w\u00e4hlbaren Antworten. Teilnehmer sehen zwei Seiten, die jeweils dieselben 86 Adjektive enthalten. Auf Seite 1 wird der Teilnehmer gefragt, die Adjektive zu benennen, die seiner Meinung nach auf die Erwartungshaltung anderer in Bezug auf sein Verhalten zutreffen (Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis). Auf Seite 2 muss der Teilnehmer die Adjektive w\u00e4hlen, die ihn am besten beschreiben (Selbst-Bereich). Die Antworten werden miteinander verglichen, um das Selbst-, Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis- und Synthesemuster zu ermitteln. PI CA ist ein Geschwindigkeitstest (12 Minuten) mit 50 Multiple-Choice-Fragen aus drei Bereichen (verbal, numerisch und abstraktes Argumentieren) und neun Unterkategorien. Die Summe der Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die drei Kategorien liefert das PI CA-Resultat - und dieses ist eine Angabe des\u00a0g-<\/em>Faktors (allgemeine kognitive F\u00e4higkeit).<\/p>\n

PI CA verwendet einen LOFT-Ansatz (linear, ad hoc), der als \u201edynamischer Einsch\u00e4tzungsansatz\u201d vermarktet wird. PI XP is a survey that measures engagement mapped to the four forces of disengagement; job, manager, people and organisation.<\/p>\n

Commercialised in 2020.
PI XP is built on an algorithm identifying the items with the highest impact on engagement within the organisation.<\/p>\n

PI XP is designed to measure 1) overall engagement, 2) the employees\u2019 perceptions of their day-to-day job, 3) the perceptions of their direct manager, 4) the perceptions of the people they work with daily, and 5) the perceptions of their overall work experiences at the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

PI XP is an untimed 50 item questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

The assessment is completed by the existing workforce rating (Likert scale rating) the extent to which they agree on the presented item.<\/p>\n

The results reveal % favorable (agree and strongly agree) compared to an organisational benchmark and to an external benchmark.<\/p>\n

Based on the responses the managers are provided reports highlighting 3 strengths and 5 blind spots. Team Discovery was developed by The Predictive Index and was launched in 2019.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is a tool containing two parts 1) explore individual strengths and potential blind spots on an individual level and at a team level (Team Type) to increase awareness and appreciation of diversity to ultimately build effective, cooperative, and high performing teams 2) define the strategic priorities to identify the areas where the team members need to emphasize current behaviour or stretch to execute the identified strategy.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is based upon Cameron & Quinn\u2019s interpretation of the Competing Values Framework a well-known framework for understanding organisational culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Team Discovery builds on the PI profiles of the individual team members. Based upon the overall behavioural emphasis of the team members a Team Type is determined.<\/p>\n

Behind the Team Type identification algorithm lies an extensive literature review and test development process to ensure that the objectives were sound, representative of their theorised quadrants, empirically related to the four primary factors of the PI Behavioral Assessment, and valid in defining strategic direction.<\/p>\n

The behavioural patterns of each team member are considered in aggregate, with the Team Type determined by the overall emphasis.
