Cet outil en ligne de profilage de poste permet aux parties prenantes de participer par le biais d\u2019un questionnaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un consensus sur les exigences d\u2019un poste.<br><br>Le PI JA permet de d\u00e9finir les exigences d\u2019un poste et s\u2019applique aussi bien aux candidatures externes qu\u2019internes (mutations\/promotions). Le PI Job Assessment\u2122 clarifie deux aspects du poste:<br><ul>\r\n \t<li>Les exigences comportementales et<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La complexit\u00e9 du poste<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>Ces deux aspects font
