Le PI BA a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Arnold S. Daniels en 1955 et a connu depuis une tr\u00e8s large utilisation commerciale.<\/p>\n

Le PI BA est une mesure d'auto-\u00e9valuation \u00e0 base th\u00e9orique d'une personnalit\u00e9 adulte normale (non clinique), \u00e9labor\u00e9e et valid\u00e9e largement et exclusivement pour une utilisation dans un contexte professionnel et organisationnel.<\/p>\n

Ce type d'\u00e9valuation fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l'objet de r\u00e9visions, de renouvellements et de mises \u00e0 jour, notamment en 1958, 1963, 1988, 1992 et 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

L'\u00e9valuation PI BA n'est pas chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9e (il faut environ 6 minutes pour y r\u00e9pondre) et utilise un format de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 libre choix.<\/p>\n

Les sujets soumis \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation re\u00e7oivent deux pages contenant chacune une question suivie des m\u00eames 86 adjectifs. La question de la page 1 demande au sujet de s\u00e9lectionner les adjectifs qui, selon lui, d\u00e9crivent le comportement que les autres attendent de lui (domaine du concept de soi) tandis que la question de la page 2 lui demande de s\u00e9lectionner les adjectifs qui lui correspondent vraiment (domaine du soi).<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9valuation PI Cognitive Assessment a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point en 2010 par CEB Valtera pour Predictive Systems Pte. Ltd. et a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la suite Predictive Index suite en 2015.<\/p>\n

Le PI CA est un outil d'\u00e9valuation cognitive qui mesure les aptitudes cognitives g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d'un individu et sert principalement comme outil d'\u00e9valuation lors du recrutement et de la gestion de talents.<\/p>\n

PI XP is a survey that measures engagement mapped to the four forces of disengagement; job, manager, people and organisation.<\/p>\n

Commercialised in 2020.
PI XP is built on an algorithm identifying the items with the highest impact on engagement within the organisation.<\/p>\n

PI XP is designed to measure 1) overall engagement, 2) the employees\u2019 perceptions of their day-to-day job, 3) the perceptions of their direct manager, 4) the perceptions of the people they work with daily, and 5) the perceptions of their overall work experiences at the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

PI XP is an untimed 50 item questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

The assessment is completed by the existing workforce rating (Likert scale rating) the extent to which they agree on the presented item.<\/p>\n

The results reveal % favorable (agree and strongly agree) compared to an organisational benchmark and to an external benchmark.<\/p>\n

Based on the responses the managers are provided reports highlighting 3 strengths and 5 blind spots. Team Discovery was developed by The Predictive Index and was launched in 2019.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is a tool containing two parts 1) explore individual strengths and potential blind spots on an individual level and at a team level (Team Type) to increase awareness and appreciation of diversity to ultimately build effective, cooperative, and high performing teams 2) define the strategic priorities to identify the areas where the team members need to emphasize current behaviour or stretch to execute the identified strategy.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is based upon Cameron & Quinn\u2019s interpretation of the Competing Values Framework a well-known framework for understanding organisational culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Team Discovery builds on the PI profiles of the individual team members. Based upon the overall behavioural emphasis of the team members a Team Type is determined.<\/p>\n

Behind the Team Type identification algorithm lies an extensive literature review and test development process to ensure that the objectives were sound, representative of their theorised quadrants, empirically related to the four primary factors of the PI Behavioral Assessment, and valid in defining strategic direction.<\/p>\n

The behavioural patterns of each team member are considered in aggregate, with the Team Type determined by the overall emphasis.
