In tegenstelling tot tastbare aspecten, die zonder meer bij een persoon kunnen worden gemeten \u2013grootte, gewicht enz.\u2013 zijn de mentale capaciteiten en processen onzichtbaar en niet direct meetbaar. In de psychometrie worden instrumenten ontwikkeld voor een indirecte, maar nauwkeurige meting van de psychologische gesteldheid. HISTORIEK<\/div>

PI BA werd in 1955 door Arnold S. Daniels ontwikkeld en wordt sindsdien door tal van ondernemingen toegepast. PI BA is een theoriegebaseerde zelfrapporteringsmethode van normale (niet-klinische) karaktertrekken van volwassenen, die uitsluitend voor gebruik van beroeps- en bdrijftspopulaties werd ontwikkeld.<br><br>Revisies, versies en updates van de assessments vonden plaats in 1958, 1963, 1988, 1992 en 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

METHODOLOGIE<\/div>

PI BA heeft geen tijdsbestek (het vergt ongeveer 6 minuten) en berust op vrij kiesbare antwoorden. Deelnemers aan een assessment ontvangen twee pagina's met telkens \u00e9\u00e9n vraag gevolgd door tweenmaal dezelfde 86 adjectieven. De vraag op pagina 1 peilt naar welke adjectieven een persoon kiest om te omschrijven welk gedrag andere personen volgens hen van hen verwachten (zelfconcept). Op pagina 2 moeten ze de adjectieven kiezen, die ze volgens hen het beste omschrijven (zelf). De antwoorden worden opgeteld om tot een score voor de betreffende factor te komen. Het PI Cognitive Assessment werd in 2010 opdracht van Predictive Systems Pte. door CEB Valtera Ltd. ontwikkeld en in 2015 opgenomen in de Predictive Index-suite. PI CA is een snelheidstest (12 minuten) met 50 multiplechoice-vragen in drie inhoudelijke categorie\u00ebn (verbaal, numeriek en abstract) en negen subcategorie\u00ebn. De som van de score voor de drie categorie\u00ebn vertegenwoordigt de PI CA Scaled Score, die de\u00a0g<\/em> (algemene cognitieve vaardigheid) aangeeft. PI CA hanteert een lineair on-the-fly (LOFT) opzet, dat wij als \"dynamisch evaluatiedesign\" promoten. PI XP is a survey that measures engagement mapped to the four forces of disengagement; job, manager, people and organisation.<\/p>\n

Commercialised in 2020.
PI XP is built on an algorithm identifying the items with the highest impact on engagement within the organisation.<\/p>\n

PI XP is designed to measure 1) overall engagement, 2) the employees\u2019 perceptions of their day-to-day job, 3) the perceptions of their direct manager, 4) the perceptions of the people they work with daily, and 5) the perceptions of their overall work experiences at the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

METHODOLOGIE<\/div>

PI XP is an untimed 50 item questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

The assessment is completed by the existing workforce rating (Likert scale rating) the extent to which they agree on the presented item.<\/p>\n

The results reveal % favorable (agree and strongly agree) compared to an organisational benchmark and to an external benchmark.<\/p>\n

Based on the responses the managers are provided reports highlighting 3 strengths and 5 blind spots. Team Discovery was developed by The Predictive Index and was launched in 2019.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is a tool containing two parts 1) explore individual strengths and potential blind spots on an individual level and at a team level (Team Type) to increase awareness and appreciation of diversity to ultimately build effective, cooperative, and high performing teams 2) define the strategic priorities to identify the areas where the team members need to emphasize current behaviour or stretch to execute the identified strategy.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery is based upon Cameron & Quinn\u2019s interpretation of the Competing Values Framework a well-known framework for understanding organisational culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Team Discovery builds on the PI profiles of the individual team members. Based upon the overall behavioural emphasis of the team members a Team Type is determined.<\/p>\n

Behind the Team Type identification algorithm lies an extensive literature review and test development process to ensure that the objectives were sound, representative of their theorised quadrants, empirically related to the four primary factors of the PI Behavioral Assessment, and valid in defining strategic direction.<\/p>\n

The behavioural patterns of each team member are considered in aggregate, with the Team Type determined by the overall emphasis.
