Dit online-tool laat belanghebbenden toe om, via een online-vragenlijst, input te geven voor een positie. Het doel hiervan is het bereiken van een consensus i.v.m. de functie.<br><br>PI JOB ASSESSMENT\u2122 (PI JA) laat toe om de functie-eisen vast te leggen en helpt bij het screenen van zowel kandidaten van buitenaf als interne mutaties\/promoties. PI-functieprofielen verduidelijken twee aspecten van de betreffende functie:<br><ul>\r\n \t<li>Het vereiste persoonlijkheidsprofiel; en<\/li>\r\n \t<li>De complexiteit van de
