I motsetning til fysiske elementer \u2013 som h\u00f8yde eller vekt som kan m\u00e5les direkte \u2013 er mentale evner og prosesser ikke synlige og kan derfor ikke m\u00e5les direkte. Psykometri dreier seg om \u00e5 utvikle verkt\u00f8y som indirekte men n\u00f8yaktig kan m\u00e5le folks psykologiske habitus. PI-vurderinger er utviklet i overensstemmelse med psykologiske standarder og retningslinjer, herunder dem som er fastsatt av the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) og the International Test Commission (ITC). Disse retningslinjene utgj\u00f8r en mal for hvordan man bygger opp tester, og hvordan man bruker dem p\u00e5 riktig m\u00e5te. The Predictive Index leverer vurderinger som er veldokumenterte, valide og p\u00e5litelige, og som kan hjelpe kundene med \u00e5 overholde EEOC-retningslinjer, personvernforordningen osv.<\/p>\n

PI BA ble utviklet og introdusert av Arnold S. Daniels i 1955 og har siden vunnet stort innpass p\u00e5 markedet.<\/p>\n

PI BA er en teoribasert selv-utfylt m\u00e5ling av normal (ikke-klinisk) personlighet hos voksne. Den er omfattende og utelukkende designet og validert til bruk i arbeidsmessig sammenheng.<\/p>\n

PI BA er ikke p\u00e5 tid (den tar ca. 6 minutter \u00e5 fylle ut) og er en free-choice-analyse. Deltakerne blir presentert for to sider som hver inneholder et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l etterfulgt av de samme 86 adjektivene. P\u00e5 side 1 bes man om \u00e5 velge de ordene som beskriver hvordan de tror at andre forventer man skal oppf\u00f8re seg (selvkonsept), og p\u00e5 side 2 bes man om \u00e5 velge de ordene som man virkelig f\u00f8ler beskriver en selv (selv). PI CA er en hastighetstest (12 minutter) som best\u00e5r av 50 flervalgssp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l i tre kategorier (verbal, numerisk og abstrakt) og ni underkategorier. Summen av scorene i de tre kategoriene representerer PI CA Scaled Score, som er en m\u00e5ling av\u00a0g\u00a0<\/em>(den generelle kognitive evnen).<\/p>\n

PI CA benytter et \u00abLinear-on-the-Fly testing\u00bb (LOFT) design, som anses for \u00e5 v\u00e6re et dynamisk vurderingsdesign. PI XP er en unders\u00f8gelse, der m\u00e5ler tilfredshed i forhold til de fire demotiverende elementer: Job, leder, medarbejdere og organisation. Lanceret i 2020.<\/p>\n

PI XP bygger p\u00e5 en algoritme, som identificerer de faktorer, der har st\u00f8rst indflydelse p\u00e5 tilfredsheden i organisationen. PI XP er designet til at m\u00e5le 1) den overordnede tilfredshed, 2) medarbejdernes opfattelse af de daglige opgaver, 3) opfattelsen af lederen, 4) opfattelsen af dem, de arbejder sammen med til daglig, samt 5) medarbejderens overordnede oplevelse af organisationen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

METODIKK<\/div>

PI XP best\u00e5r af 50 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og tager cirka 20 minutter at udfylde.<\/p>\n

Unders\u00f8gelsen udfyldes af de eksisterende medarbejdere, der p\u00e5 en Likert-skala angiver, i hvor h\u00f8j grad de er enige i udsagnet.<\/p>\n

Resultaterne vises for hver afdeling i form af den procentdel, der har svaret positivt (enig og meget enig) sammenlignet med virksomhedens samlede resultat og et eksternt benchmark.<\/p>\n

Baseret p\u00e5 deltagernes svar f\u00e5r alle ledere en rapport med tre st\u00e6rke sider og fem \"blinde vinkler\", dvs. udviklingsomr\u00e5der. Team Discovery blev udviklet og lanceret af the Predictive Index i 2019.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery er et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, der best\u00e5r af to dele: 1) afd\u00e6k individuelle styrker og potentielle blinde vinkler p\u00e5 individ- og team-niveau (teamtype), s\u00e5 I ikke blot bliver bevidste om jeres forskelligheder, men ogs\u00e5 l\u00e6rer at v\u00e6rds\u00e6tte dem og i sidste ende kan opbygge effektive, samarbejdende og high-performing teams, 2) definer de strategiske m\u00e5ls\u00e6tninger for at s\u00e6tte fokus p\u00e5 omr\u00e5der, hvor teammedlemmerne skal v\u00e6gte deres nuv\u00e6rende adf\u00e6rd eller str\u00e6kke sig for at eksekvere strategien.<\/p>\n

Team Discovery tager udgangspunkt i de enkelte teammedlemmers PI-profiler. Teamtypen defineres ud fra den overordnede v\u00e6gtning af teammedlemmerne.<\/p>\n

Bag den algoritme, der bestemmer teamtypen, ligger et stort stykke forskningsarbejde og en gennempr\u00f8vet udviklingsproces, der sikrede, at m\u00e5ls\u00e6tningerne var velfunderede, repr\u00e6senterede den kvadrant, de teoretisk var forbundet til, empirisk relaterede til de fire prim\u00e6re faktorer og p\u00e5 et validt grundlag definerede en strategisk retning.<\/p>\n
