erfaring, s\u00e5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let er: Hvad \u00e6ndrer sig, og hvad g\u00f8r ikke?\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/humanostics.com\/no\/assessments\/pi-behavioral-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PI Behavioral Assessment<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0m\u00e5ler motivationsdrivkr\u00e6fter, der statistisk set er stabile over tid. Det betyder, at en persons PI-profil (Self-m\u00f8nsteret) normalt forbliver nogenlunde det samme gennem hele voksenlivet. Det, der \u00e6ndrer sig over tid, er typisk personens evne til at tilpasse sin adf\u00e6rd til forskellige situationer. Denne evne udvikles med tiden og med erfaring og is\u00e6r via selvindsigt. Med enhver PI-profil f\u00f8lger en naturlig adf\u00e6rd, som kan beskrives som personligheden \u201cuden filter\u201d. Med andre ord; den adf\u00e6rd, man normalt vil udvise, n\u00e5r man er stresset, tr\u00e6t eller sulten. En persons adf\u00e6rd kan blive opfattet som underlig, irriterende eller uforst\u00e5elig af en person med en anden profil, uanset hvad intentionen var. N\u00e5r man forst\u00e5r, hvordan ens adf\u00e6rd kan p\u00e5virke arbejdsrelationer eller st\u00e5 i vejen for ens m\u00e5l, kan man v\u00e6lge at skrue op eller ned for forskellige sider af sin adf\u00e6rd i specifikke situationer. Sagt p\u00e5 en anden m\u00e5de, s\u00e5 er en PI-profil og de tilh\u00f8rende drives og behov de samme over tid, mens den udviste adf\u00e6rd nogle gange vil \u00e6ndre sig med omgivelserne. Af denne \u00e5rsag anbefaler vi i \u00f8vrigt, at man kun udfylder\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/humanostics.com\/no\/assessments\/pi-behavioral-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PI-profilen<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9n gang. Efter grundige overvejelser og unders\u00f8gelser har The Predictive Index besluttet, at de fra den 1. januar 2025 ikke vil st\u00f8tte brugen af \u200b\u200bPI p\u00e5 det kinesiske fastland i samme omfang, som de g\u00f8r i dag. Den samme beslutning blev truffet for Rusland tilbage i 2022 p\u00e5 grund af politiske \u00e5rsager, men har til denne dato kun ber\u00f8rt russiske klienter. Fra 1. januar vil b\u00e5de assessment-tagere og brugere af PI-systemet, som befinder sig p\u00e5 det kinesiske fastland og i Rusland, blive p\u00e5virket af \u00e6ndringerne.
