medarbejder godt ind i organisationen. Form\u00e5let med onboarding er g\u00f8re alt for, at den nye kollega f\u00f8ler sig velkommen og kan udf\u00f8re det nye arbejde. Onboarding er en proces, der tager tid; det kan ikke klares p\u00e5 den f\u00f8rste dag og tager ofte uger eller endda m\u00e5neder. Nogle af de vigtigste elementer i onboarding-processen er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kommunikation med nye medarbejdere f\u00f8r den f\u00f8rste dag, s\u00e5 de er godt forberedt<\/li>\n<li>At l\u00e6re jeres organisation og de nye kollegaer at kende<\/li>\n<li>Klare forventninger ift. arbejdsansvar og opgaver<\/li>\n<li>Grundig opl\u00e6ring<\/li>\n<li>At give dem alle de ressourcer, de har brug for, s\u00e5som en computer, kontorartikler, kontaktpersoner, som de kan henvende sig til, hvis de har sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle, der m\u00f8der den nyansatte, spiller en vigtig rolle ift. at f\u00e5 til at vedkommende til at trives. Forskellene er sl\u00e5ende: Medarbejdere, der fik en grundig onboarding, viste sig at v\u00e6re 18 gange mere tilb\u00f8jelige til at f\u00f8le sig meget engagerede i deres organisation, 30 % mere tilb\u00f8jelige til at f\u00f8le sig st\u00e6rkt integreret i deres arbejdskultur og 30 gange mere tilb\u00f8jelige til at have h\u00f8j jobtilfredshed. Desuden havde organisationer med effektiv onboarding 38 % flere medarbejdere, der f\u00f8lte sig sikre p\u00e5 deres evne til at udf\u00f8re deres arbejde, 69 % flere medarbejdere, der vurderede deres organisation som en st\u00e6rk performer, og 33 % flere medarbejdere der f\u00f8lte sig engagerede.\u00a0S\u00e5 der er al mulig grund til at investere i jeres onboarding-proces!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7657d81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7657d81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Brug PI i jeres onboarding-proces<\/h4>\n<p>En vigtig del af onboarding-processen er at l\u00e6re jeres nye kollega at kende, og at vedkommende l\u00e6rer deres nye leder og team at kende. PI kan tilf\u00f8je enorm v\u00e6rdi til denne proces. PI-profilen g\u00f8r det nemt at forst\u00e5, hvad der motiverer personen, hvad deres behov er p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen, og hvordan man arbejder godt sammen med dem. Det g\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 nemmere for den nye kollega at forst\u00e5 det nye team, de skal arbejde sammen med. Vi foresl\u00e5r, at I udleverer nogle PI-rapporter til den nye medarbejder og dennes leder f\u00f8rste dag \u2013 fx PI BA-rapporten, personrapporten og rapporten personlig udvikling \u2013 og at lederen og den nyansatte diskuterer deres behov og arbejdsstil i det f\u00f8rste m\u00f8de. Det er ogs\u00e5 en god id\u00e9 at tale om profiler i teamet, n\u00e5r et medlem tiltr\u00e6der, enten\u00a0ved at afholde en teamsession, hvor alle taler om deres forskelle og ligheder, eller ved at inddrage lidt information om den nye kollegas arbejdsstil og behov i en mundtlig eller skriftlig introduktion til resten af \u200b\u200bteamet.
