PRE-WORK FOR THE VIRTUAL
PI CERTIFICATION
YOUR PI CERTIFICATION JOURNEY BEGINS HERE...
To participate in the virtual PI Certification, it is a prerequisite that you have completed the pre-work described on this page. It should take no more than an hour to complete your pre-work.

COURSE PREPARATION
If you have not yet taken The PI Behavioral Assessment, please ask your HR / People & Culture department to send you an invitation to complete the assessment. It usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete the assessment.
If you have taken The PI Behavioral Assessment in the past, e.g. when you were hired into your current company, DO NOT take the assessment again. The PI Behavioral Assessment measures stable personality traits, so your first profile will likely be just as accurate now as when you took the assessment, even if it was years ago.
During the workshop you will practice giving feedback to one of the other participants on their PI profile, and one of them will practice giving feedback to you. For this exercise, please send your PI results to training@humanostics.com. What we need is a report that has three graphs on it, like the example shown to the right.
You can get your report from the person who invited you to take the assessment, or you can download the report yourself from PI Software: Enter your name in the search field, click on your name to get to your person page, then click on ‘Download Full Pattern’ above the graph as shown below.

Before the first session, please complete the digital self-study kick-off module in PI LEARN.
The kick-off module consists of five elements, all of which should be completed before the first session of the workshop.
If you are asked to log in, use your PI Software login.

Download the participant materials for the certification workshop from the digital kickoff module. You will need the materials during the online sessions for various exercises and to take notes. We will not be sharing the slides from the online session, nor will the sessions be recorded.
As preparation for one of the exercises in the course, please complete the PI Job Assessment for the position as a Coffee Shop Barista.
You have received an invitation with a link to the Job Assessment by e-mail. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete on average.
The live online sessions will be conducted via the Zoom program. For the best learning experience, we recommend that you participate on a computer (not on a smart phone or tablet), and that you download the Zoom desktop client to your computer HERE. It is free-of-charge.
