Maybe it is not a generation thing. Maybe it is a life-stage thing.
Some behaviours get labelled too quickly.
A young employee may want more feedback because they are new to the workforce.
They may change jobs more often because they are still finding their professional direction.
They may seem uncertain because they are learning what kind of role, work and culture fits them best.
That does not make it a fixed generational trait.
It makes it context. And context is much more useful for leaders than a generation label.
