Denis has worked as a Senior HR Specialist for more than 20 years in numerous areas of HR and in international environments. With a legal background specialising in employment and social law, plus his fluency in French, English and Dutch, Denis provides legal advice, business policy and personalised solutions linked to the organisational changes of models, procedures and business methods.

As an HR training presenter, for the past 10 years he has also been guiding the managers of non-commercial organisations in developing their recruitment skills, managing teams and implementing change.
