Humanostics® is a management consulting company founded in Denmark in 2009, and active markets now include Denmark, Norway, Poland, The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Iceland, Greenland, Australia, Hong Kong, Greenland, Cyprus, and South East Asia. We assist organisations in successfully implementing their business strategies by providing tools and guidance around accurately measuring human capital and ensuring that they have the right people in the right positions.
In close collaboration with our clients, we optimise processes around DESIGN, HIRE, INSPIRE and DIAGNOSE by focusing on evaluating and measuring the potential and the competencies of candidates, employees, managers and the sales force.

PREDICTIVE INDEX, LLC
Predictive Index, LLC (formerly known as PI Worldwide), a Boston based Management Consulting Company, is the company behind The Predictive Index® assessments which have been actively applied in Denmark for more than 40 years.
Humanostics is a PI Certified Partner and we operate with a number of Humanostics Associate Partners.
OUR NAME
Our name originates from our focus on humans and diagnostic tools or human diagnostics or Humanostics for short.
We define diagnostics or assessments as ‘Means to determine the state of or capability of an individual to perform its function(s)’ or ‘The use of skilled and scientific methods to establish the cause and nature of behaviour’.
At Humanostics we believe in knowledge and science based methods to identify potential and innate capabilities. The assessment tools we offer are validated across cultures and borders.
