James has over 25 years of experience in delivering strategic advice on HR-related matters across the public, private and not for profit sectors. He has facilitated many sensitive change processes and designed and delivered learning and development initiatives.

Ron is a senior HR practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience in People & Culture roles across the manufacturing, mining, construction, and professional services industries. Denis has worked as a Senior HR Specialist for more than 20 years in numerous areas of HR and in international environments. With a legal background specialising in employment and social law, plus his fluency in French, English and Dutch, Denis provides legal advice, business policy and personalised solutions linked to the organisational changes of models, procedures and business methods.

As an HR training presenter, for the past 10 years he has also been guiding the managers of non-commercial organisations in developing their recruitment skills, managing teams and implementing change.


Jan Scheck predominantly operates in the Benelux countries as an Associate Partner for Humanostics through his company “People for Success bvba”.

As a staunch user and PI-Practitioner for over 30 years, Jan combines his long-standing passions for both business and people development by passing on his own experience to existing and new clients of the Predictive Index. 

In his current role, Jan not only commercialises the PI solutions but also conducts workshops in various languages as well as bespoke consulting assignments tailored to each individual client’s needs.


Peter predominantly operates in Belgium as an Associate Partner for Humanostics through his company iTalents which supports organizations in Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development. Areas of expertise also include management consulting and business development.

With more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Peter has been using and exploring numerous assessment tools, PI is the perfect answer in his quest for a talent optimization tool which automates and professionalizes the complete employee life cycle in a cost-efficient way.

Peter holds a master’s degree in Economics, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Vlerick Management School.


Philip Verlinden (1966) received his Master in Applied Business Economics (TEW) at the Catholic University of Louvain (KUL) with Honors, holds a Master of Business Administration of the IAG at Louvain-La-Neuve, and a Master in Fiscal Sciences from the FHS in Brussels. He complemented his professional training with several courses in Finance, HR and Management (Vlerick, UAMS, Institute for Family Business…).

In his professional career to date, he has successfully held senior management functions in Belgium and other countries, both in family owned businesses as in companies financed by venture capital or private equity. He gained best practice experience in smaller companies as well as in larger groups, holding positions with final responsibility for Finance or Human Resources, and supervising departments such as ICT, Procurement and Legal Services.


Sandra Van de Poel operates in Belgium as an Associate Partner for Humanostics trhough her company Priority Consult. After her studies of Master Applied Economics, she started first as a Jr. Product Manager at Continental Foods (replacement) and Purchase and Quality Manager at BASF, both in Antwerp and in Germany.

Since 2002 her passion lays with HR, and she has worked as HR Project Manager, as HR Business Partner and HR Manager at several companies. She combined the operational and strategic part of the job, and soft as well as hard HR. Sandra became certified in The Predictive Index in 2015.

In August 2021 she started her own company, Priority Consult, as a freelancer in HR, working with recruitment, assessment tools, career coaching, and different HR projects for companies.


Wivine predominantly operates in Belgium as an Associate Partner for Humanostics along with her partner Denis Didriche through their company Uman4U.

Through 15+ years of experience in major international industrial groups, HR Business Partner Wivine Gilsoul has built up an arsenal of skills in change management, social relations, skills development and performance management, selection and recruitment, training and career management

Per Sennicksen predominantly operates in Denmark as an Associate Partner for Humanostics. Per has 40 years of working experience, initially as an auditor with Ernst & Young and afterwards within international shipping & logistics, having worked for A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S for 20 years. Per has also acted as senior consultant and advisor for a number of start-ups.

Business development, change management and business administration – often global by nature – have been Per’s focus through the years where he has lived and worked in the United States, England, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and Japan, and of course Denmark.

Per has taken several management and leadership courses from IMD, INSEAD, Penn State, Cranfield and Northwestern.


Peter Linnemann operates predominantly in Denmark as an Associate Partner for Humanostics. Peter has extensive experience from conducting executive/team assessments and analyses of organisations globally.

Peter has more than 30+ years of experience from global shipping/logistics and the oil industry, 15+ years at senior/top management level either as leader of a business or human resources function., including 11 years of overseas living spanning from Europe, Middle East to South East Asia.

Peter is an MBA alumnus from IMD in Switzerland and holds a BSc. in economics from Copenhagen Business School.


Steen Holm has more than 25 years of management experience within marketing and communication, and has headed both Danish and international advertising agencies. Most recently 14 years as CEO of Havas Worldwide Copenhagen.

Started his own consulting company in 2017 and works today with consulting and recruitment, in particular within the arena of marketing, communication and design. The work is done both for the consultancy side and traditional companies.

Educated as Master of Science in International Marketing from SDU, as well as further studies at both Harvard Business School and Wharton. Lecturer and supervisor at both SDU and CBS.


Ulrik helps companies improve performance and prepare for the future by strengthening their organisation and leadership. An Occupational Psychologist, Alex brings more than 20 years’ leadership experience across Manufacturing, Professional Services, FMCG and Healthcare to her consultancy. Her strengths lie in supporting leaders with business transformation, organisational development and culture change.

Alison has been an Organisational Development and Digital Transformation Consultant in the UK NHS, Central and Local Government sectors for over 10 years. Her projects include supporting the integration of health and social care and the set-up of ICS leadership teams, developing collaborative working across organisational boundaries, the digitalisation of the UK Courts System and restructuring NHS teams to develop person-centred care. She has worked in the UK Government's Trade, Business and Foreign Office departments as a policy specialist working on several major transformations. Alison also ran three Ministerial Private Offices for two years and has worked as one of the Cabinet Office's Apprenticeship Programme coaches. In 2016-17, Alison was the VP for OD and Customer Experience for Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays. Originally a photogrammetrist with an MSc in Geospatial Intelligence and subsequently in the Computer manufacturing and software sectors, Charles has worked with organisations including Sun Microsystems, Oracle and IBM, pioneering business, people and technology transformations. As a consultant with a behavioural specialism, he now works across many sectors helping to improve business performance so that individuals, teams and leaders can deliver on their potential.

International talent management strategist, Dave brings nearly 10 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry where he has built authentic relationships based on a high-touch approach to talent management and the delivery of pragmatic solutions to talent lifecycle management.

Dave has built an extensive network of global business leaders and combines his interest in business, technology, and people to work towards a better tomorrow together.

Graduating in History from the University of Birmingham and after a brief flirtation with the Royal Navy, entered on a career in drink and licensed retail within one of the larger UK conglomerates of the time. Selling beer in the North of England, running pubs in London and finally wine and spirit distribution in Asia and Europe. After two years with Coca-Cola managing sales and vending teams, David worked with a boutique practice building an international client base in consumer industries before joining the board of a specialist hospitality recruiter. After qualifying as an executive and career coach, he joined Excelerate Resources Ltd. in Nottingham in 2004, acquiring the business and moving it to Warwick in 2005.

David first worked with PI in the early 2000’s and is delighted to bring its insight back to the international practice. He now runs with a small team who also have PI understanding.

Loet is an experienced psychologist and works as a self-employed psychologist in the Netherlands and in the UK.

Loet has vast experience in working with assessment tools and has also worked as a coach and mediator.

He is a passionate entrepreneur with a great passion for personnel leadership and management. Prior to joining Humanostics, Adar worked for several years in China, running the local office of an international management consulting firm and directing its business in the region.

Adar served in Israeli military intelligence (Unit 8200) and holds an M.A. in Asian Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.


Soren has 25+ years of experience in International Sales and management in different industries, where the last 20 years has been with a base in Singapore and worked as a Managing Director in the lighting industry. Soren is also a board member in a few companies in Asia/Pacific region and working as a consultant for the same companies.

Soren holds a BSc. in economics and a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Aarhus Business School. Soren has also been attending courses on INSEAD in Singapore.
