PI SOFTWARE PRO-TIP: EXPORT DATA TO CSV
PI Software administrators – i.e. users with the roles AccountOwner and AccountAdmin – have the option of exporting data into a csv file that they can work with in Excel, Google Sheets etc. In any list view or folder, checkmark the desired persons or jobs, then click on Admin in the top right corner and select 'Download CSV’. If you would like to export all persons in your account, click on 'View All’ in the 'Recently Completed’ dashboard card on the frontpage of PI Software and follow the steps above. You can use the data to analyse and identify trends in your assessment data, or to get an overview of your data when doing a clean-up.
