Per Sennicksen predominantly operates in Denmark as an Associate Partner for Humanostics. Per has 40 years of working experience, initially as an auditor with Ernst & Young and afterwards within international shipping & logistics, having worked for A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S for 20 years. Per has also acted as senior consultant and advisor for a number of start-ups.

Business development, change management and business administration – often global by nature – have been Per’s focus through the years where he has lived and worked in the United States, England, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and Japan, and of course Denmark.

Peter Larsen predominantly operates in Denmark as an Associate Partner for Humanostics through his company 'Stratex' which helps organisations to bridge the strategy to execution gab. Focus is on strategy, leadership- and organizational development through performance managenemt and governance.

Peter has 20+ years of management and HR experience from both the government and private sector. Since 2015 focus has been on Small, Medium, Enterprises where Peter serves as chair of the board or as external adviser via Stratex. Peter holds an executive board level education and is an MPA alumnus from Copenhagen Business School. A range of international management, HR and leadership certificates are also part of Peter’s theoretical background.

Peter Linnemann operates predominantly in Denmark as an Associate Partner for Humanostics. Peter has extensive experience from conducting executive/team assessments and analyses of organisations globally.
