HUMANOSTICS
Humanostics® is a management consulting company founded in Denmark in 2009, and active markets now include Denmark, Norway, Poland, The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Iceland, Greenland, Australia, Hong Kong, Cyprus, and South East Asia. We assist organisations in successfully implementing their business strategies by providing tools and guidance around accurately measuring human capital and ensuring that they have the right people in the right positions.
In close collaboration with our clients, we optimise processes around DESIGN, HIRE, INSPIRE and DIAGNOSE by focusing on evaluating and measuring the potential and the competencies of candidates, employees, managers and the sales force.

We employ a core team of dedicated consultants supporting clients mainly in Europe from our HQ office in Hellerup, Denmark.
Our regional office in Singapore caters to the South East Asian countries and Australia.

Jesper has 30+ years of senior executive experience from the shipping and logistics industry including 25 years with the A.P. Møller Maersk Group.
Jesper holds an MBA (Honors) from IMD and has attended several executive programmes over the years with different business schools incl Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Penn State University and University of Michigan.
Having been an Assistant Professor at the University of Copenhagen Pernille became Networking Manager at HumanConsult, a network for managers and HR professionals. Pernille has 20+ years of experience as a trainer and lecturer and has certified thousands of managers and HR professionals in the Predictive Index methodology.
Pernille is a Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen (1998) and has subsequently taken several HR-courses, e.g. at the Centre for Management (2007).
Apart from that, Mie is engaged in data analysis and scientific validation of the assessments applied at Humanostics.
Mie is a psychologist and has experience within individual and group therapy, a financial education and position in Danske Bank and an HR-Educational program from Copenhagen Business Academy on her resumé.
Mie earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Aarhus where she conducted research on psychometric assessment tools and their ability to predict diversity in behaviour.
Karen has 15+ years of experience from international companies Maersk and IBM, including eight years in a global strategic HR team where she has worked with leadership development and learning projects. Karen has previously worked with project management, implementation and communication.
Karen holds a BSc in business administration and psychology from Copenhagen Business School and further holds a diploma in specialised business studies from Copenhagen Business Academy.
Imad holds an MA in Learning and Innovative Change from Aalborg University and a BA in Administration Economics from the Metropolitan University College.
Jacob has extensive experience working with finance and operations from Salling Group and REKOM.
Jacob holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School.
Christa has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Brand and Communications Management) from Copenhagen Business School.
Paria has an MA in Digital Communication and Culture from University of Sydney and has experience working for an international media agency.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Work Life and Psychology from Roskilde University, which he completed in 2022. He is currently studying Psychology at the University of Southern Denmark and has a particular interest in occupational psychology and people.
In 2016 Morten returned to Singapore and set up Humanostics Pte. Ltd.
Morten holds a BA in Math and Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA (with honours) from IMD in Switzerland. Morten also has taken executive courses at Insead (France and Singapore campusses) and at Ohio State University.
Milanie is very thorough and sets high standards for herself. Milanie speaks some Mandarin and Bahasa in addition to her native English.
Outside normal office hours, Luis lives with Managing Director Jesper Præstensgaard and his wife.

Humanostics is a PI Certified Partner and we operate with a number of Humanostics Associate Partners across Northern Europe, South East Asia, and Australia.
OUR NAME AND LOGO
Our name originates from our focus on humans and diagnostic tools, i.e. human diagnostics or Humanostics for short.
Our logo symbolises a human being mirrored by their perfect match – in essence we aim at assisting human beings and organisations discover their full potential.
