PI COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT™
PI Cognitive Assessment™ (PI CA) is a psychometric test that measures learning ability and trainability, i.e. a person’s capacity to learn, adapt, and grasp new concepts in the workplace. Cognitive ability assessments like the PI CA are sometimes referred to as cognitive tests and tap into the general cognitive ability – called ‘g’. These types of assessments are proven predictors of training success and job performance across all job levels and industries. When you understand a person’s cognitive ability, you are better able to match a person to the complexity of the role.
Apply PI CA to understand who will learn quickly and independently where required, and who are able to meet and exceed performance expectations.
SIMPLE & SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED
PI CA is available in more than 65 languages and employs a linear-on-the-fly testing (LOFT) design making every assessment unique. PI CA is scientifically validated and built following strict standards of test construction by American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), International Test Commission (ITC).
PI COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT™ was formerly known as ‘PLI’, ‘the PLI test’, ‘Professional Learning Indicator’, ‘Predictive Index Learning Indicator’, or ‘PI LI’.
APPLYING PI CA
Apply PI CA to understand who will learn quickly and independently where required, and who are able to meet and exceed performance expectations. The PI Job Assessment™ helps you establish the complexity of the role, and PI CA helps you establish the degree of complexity a person is able to handle.
